MANUALS. The manuals offered are for sale and are intended to lead you towards a competency level designed to aid you in returning to the work force or establishing a small business. Each manual is supported with assistance from the staff at Enterprise 2000.

Small Business Computing. This manual covers general computing information and applications essential for small businesses. It is not designed to produce experts in computing, rather it will increase your profitability by providing basic knowledge of computers and software applications to free the profit generators from time consuming administration.

Microsoft® Word. This manual is designed to introduce and extend your knowledge of word processing to a stage where you will be capable of progressing with minimal help.

Microsoft® Excel. This manual is designed to introduce and extend your knowledge of spreadsheets to a stage where you will be capable of progressing with minimal help.

Microsoft® Access. This manual is designed to introduce and extend your knowledge of databases to a stage where you will be able to design a flat database and be capable of progressing with minimal help.

Computing for the retired. This manual is for those who have reached the age of retirement and wish to become computer literate at a level where Emailing friends and using the Internet as a reference tool and more is easy. Terms and abreviations are explained and computer parts and their operation are demystified. An Introduction to Microsoft® Word, Excel & Access is also given as is a reference to computer games and how they may be a benefit.

TECHNICAL TRAINING DVDs FOR ENGINEERS. While these DVDs are primarily designed to assist trainees in the Fitting, Turning and Machining Trades, other trades will also benefit from the generic subjects such as Measuring Instruments.

• Measuring Instruments. (Duration:26 Minutes.) This DVD covers the Outside Micrometer, Depth Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Vernier Height Guage, Vernier Protractor, Telescopic Guage, Dial Test Indicators, The Cylinder Bore Gauge and an example of the use of these instruments in conjunction with Slip Gauges, the Sine Bar and Toolmakers Buttons.
• Drill Sharpening. (Duration: 9 Minutes.) This DVD shows the correct angles and nomenclature of a twist drill and demonstrates how it can be sharpened of a bench grinder.
• Reamers. (Duration 7 Minutes.) This DVD describes the fundamental difference between a drilled hole and the finish achieved with a reamer. There is also a demonstration using an adjustable reamer with a pilot.
• Taper Turning. (Duration 7 Minutes.) This DVD demonstrates the production of tapers using various methods and concludes with an indepth demonstration of the use of a taper turning attachment on a Colchester lathe.
• Screwcutting. (Duration 13 Minutes.)This DVD demonstrates the screwcutting of a 12mm by 1.75mm pitch. It shows the grinding of the cutting tool. The setup includes selecting the headstock speed and the quick change gearbox settings. The compound slide is used for the depth of cut.
• Sample. (Duration 3 Minutes 15 Seconds.) This DVD contains short excerpts form the DVDs listed above.
